Since 2011 we from Pivovarna 359 make real Bulgarian kraft / artisan / beer with carefully selected raw materials from around the world without compromising on quality.
“Divo Pivo” the beer we make is ale. This is a top-fermented beer rich in flavors and aromas. It ferments for about 5 days in fermentors, after which we bottle or keg it without filtering or pasteurizing it. The residual yeast carbonates the beer naturally, after which it matures for another two weeks at a temperature of 1 to 4 ° C. The whole production process takes about 28 days. To ensure its quality, we carefully try each batch before it goes out of the brewery.
